Our Restaurant Manager has leadership responsibilities which include:
- Leading a team to run customer service operation
- Managing the front of house operations including rostering, recruiting and coaching team members
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Fostering positive culture within the team
- Managing budgets, expenses and reports
