Chef
The ideal candidate must have the following skill set:
- A willingness to learn and grow
- Knowledge and interest in Japanese cuisine a must
- Able to work in a fast paced busy environment
- Minimum 2 years cooking experience
- Clear and consistent professional communication
- Creativity & passion for the industry
Kitchen Hand
The ideal candidate must have the following skill set:
- Experience and knowledge operating commercial dishwahers
- Ability to work quickly, effeciently and cleanly
- Self motivated and capable of working autonomiously
- Basic knife skills a plus
