Led by a visionary CEO, we offer a singular and highly specialised yoga and pilates journey to our members. As well as being beautiful, our studios use a unique hydronic heating system which is energy efficient, as well as adding the elements that are essential for life; water and air; to the heat. The result is a crystal clear, velvet smooth hot yoga studio that supports your practice to go deeper, and be more intense, so you can feel reborn.

Our opportunity

As we emerge from and leverage the opportunities provided by Covid-19 to reflect and to embrace change, we are pleased to advertise an opportunity for a new team member to lead our studio operations and our team in both Sydney and Melbourne. 

This is a newly created role, with a broad remit that spans operations, business continuity development and improvement, project leadership, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

The successful candidate will be accountable for –

• Execution of CEO-led strategies spanning commercial opportunities and core offerings;
• Deliver initiatives to identify, reward and retain talent;
• Project leadership and management;
• Asset management, including asset optimisation through commercial channels;
• Affiliate marketing – identify opportunities, work collaboratively with the CEO;
• Client care, including oversighting the work of client care leads and our studio team;
• Business planning – devise and plan for the delivery of a robust schedule of local and international retreats, workshops, and teacher training;
• Business development, including content creation and social media.

 The successful candidate will be required to undertake travel, will be provided with a car space, and will be required to participate in 3-6 One classes a week.

About you
