We are looking for a creative with skills in customer service and product development to join our small team. This position suits someone who enjoys a cross-section of responsibilities in a small creative studio environment. A jewellery background is not essential however the role does require strength in design and an alignment with our aesthetic.
Role Description:
Managing day to day operations with a small creative team.
Liaising with customers on enquiries and new work.
Overseeing our studio operations including inventory management and timeline management.
Administration duties, including quoting and invoicing.
Posting of orders and order collections.
Design consultations.
Studio management - day to day maintenance.
Four days a week permanent part-time including Saturday with the potential to go full-time.
Minimum requirement for the role is a proficiency in Excel, customer service and an affinity to design.
