BARTENDER/ RESTAURANT SUPERVISORS

Join Ballarat’s premier venue with opportunities to join the Food & Beverage team. We are looking for dedicated hospitality professionals, with a passion for service and a commitment to a positive working culture, to fill the roles of:

• Barista- part time and casual roles available
• Servers- part time and casual roles available
• Restaurant Supervisor- minimum 2 years restaurant experience or 2 years cafe experience - 2 positions available
• Bartender - experience preferred

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid RSA
• Previous quality cafe and/ or restaurant experience in a la carte service
• Strong passion for food and beverage knowledge with a willingness to learn
• Flexibility- you’ll be part of a small team working closely together and support each other is our way!
• A passion to create exceptional guest experiences.
• Resilience and a drive for success.
• Ability to legally work in Australia
