 Inspired by almost 90 years of fishing on the Greek Islands, Hunky Dory was established in 2004 as a family business with a vision of offering healthier seafood options along with the more traditional fish and chips.  With 7 stores currently located in the hot spots of Melbourne, Hunky Dory is set on a path of continued expansion and brand growth.  We know the world is our oyster, and it could be yours too.

• You’ve had a few years’ experience – about 2-3 to be exact! Fish filleting experience essential.
• Pressure? What pressure? You work best when busy
• Talk the talk! Fluent in English and shows clear communication
• “Let’s Do This!” Enthusiasm & confidence are your middle names!
• Ready for anything! Happy to jump on the floor or the point of sale when busy or needed
• No I in TEAM... you’re a team player and work harmoniously with everyone
• Certified! Holding a current Commercial Cookery cert would be great but not essential

 We are looking for someone who is after full time and part-time hours and is available to work a 7-day rotating roster including days, nights and weekends.
