What you would be doing

The main things that you would be doing include:

• Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation
• Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies
• Contributing ideas to food specials alongside the Head Chef

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for candidates with the following attributes:

• A passion for food preparation, cooking, plating and presentation
• Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and some public holidays
• At least 2 years' experience in a previous CDP role
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure
• Calm and professional manner with clear communication skills
• Looking to help grow the business with new ideas

About the company

We are a 7 day a week operation, open for lunch & dinner. Pay and working conditions are negotiable for the right candidate ($55,000 + super). We are only looking for people who have the right to work in Australia, with unrestricted hours.
