Phone Bookings Service provides professional reservation management services to a range of Australian restaurants. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, the ability to maximise floor plans and our meticulous processes that ensure nothing is missed. We save venues the expense of hiring reservation staff internally by providing the service offsite.

We spend our time answering incoming calls from multiple restaurants, placing bookings, shuffling floor plans, coordinating with restaurant managers, answering emails and finalising large party bookings. We have a number of systems in place to help working with multiple venues be as easy and efficient as possible. This role is a mix of hospitality, customer service and tech. We use a lot of "tech". So if downloading a google authenticator app, running multiple browsers types or using split screens is something you're not comfortable with, then it may not be the position for you.
Our opening hours are 10am-6pm Monday to Saturday. We are intially looking for somebody to work on a casual basis, with availability on Mondays and Saturdays.
