Butcher Diner is a late night venue opening from 11 am - 11pm 7 days a week. We are on the look out for a fun and engaging individuals to join our Front of House serving team!

With their passionate and loyal cult following Butchers Diner is seeking an experienced Front of House Venue Manager to join their intimate team.

Centered on the work of our in-house butcher, we source premium Australian meat as primal cuts, showcasing it with respect. Then through careful cutting, curing, smoking & ageing, offer takeaway food & dishes that are simple, flavorful and classic. Butcher Diner is a late night venue opening from 11 am - 11pm 7 days a week. 

 

The role would be ideally suited to someone looking to take the next step in their restaurant & hospitality career. 

 

Previous work in fast food environments, particularly with crew training experience is an advantage.

  • Able to maintain attentive, friendly service while busy and under pressure
  • Positive, can-do attitude, open to learning new skills and knowledge 
  • Looking after our guests, generous hospitality, great service 
  • Roster is based around trading 7 days and 12 hour - open availability and flexibility are required for all staff, including both late nights and weekends.  
  • Learn about butchery cuts, small goods and sausage making  
  • A great range of shifts and hours, to suit those needing to be flexible and work around studies and other commitments 
  • Current Victorian RSA and food handling qualifications 
  • Access to the wide range of hands on wine and food training offered within the family of the European & Melbourne Supper Club businesses. Including WSET Level 2 & 3, coffee and cheese classes.
