The role of Restaurant Manager will be responsible for effectively managing employees, enhancing customer experiences at all levels, meeting sales and profitability targets, and working to ensure continued growth and development.

Key Requirements of the Role:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • High levels of organisation:strong time management skills is a must.
  • Ability to calmly manage competing priorities
  • Strong focus on food and beverage service
  • Ability to develop and implement growth strategies and improve revenue
  • Ability to think on your feet and with a keen attention for detail
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Proven restaurant managerial experience; at least 2-3 years at this level

Demonstrated Experience in:

  • Managing a fast-paced, high-quality hospitality venue
  • Employee management experience (including hiring, training, managing performance)
  • Preparing employee rosters, ordering, and engaging with suppliers
  • Managing budgets and costings
  • Online hospitality platforms and POS systems
