Made in The Shade Group, known for its commitment to quality brands is now searching for a passionate, empathetic and energetic, customer-focussed Customer Service Rep to be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our established customer network for Navy Strength Ice Co. and The Everleigh Bottling Co.

About the role and requirements:

This is a new opportunity, and you will thrive in this environment by providing outstanding customer service and enjoy developing and maintaining strong relationships with our internal and external customers.  With excellent communication skills you will provide advice and information on MITS products and services.

About the role:

  • Responding to customer service enquiries in a timely and professional manner - including questions about products, orders and replacements/refunds
  • Engaging with our customers across all platforms including phone calls, emails
  • Maintaining the CRM system
  • Processing of orders and returns
  • Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
  • Securing sales and identifying customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handling complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
