About the New Restaurant & Cellar Door:

Printhie Wines is seeking the industry's best hospitality staff to deliver a best-in-class experience for our guests and introduce our new venue as a leading destination dining location in NSW. Printhie Wines is currently building a new Cellar Door and purpose-built Restaurant located at picturesque Nashdale, on the outskirts of Orange. Due to be open by the end of the year the new building is set amongst vineyards and apple orchards on the side of Mt Canobolas with commanding views over the valley below. The venue will boast a 110-seat restaurant, state-of-the-art cellar door, private tasting room, function space and outdoor seating areas. If you’re looking for a tree change this could be the position for you.

The Positions:

We are looking for restaurant, kitchen and cellar door staff to join our opening team and deliver premium experiences for our guests. Use your skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery. You will have experience in a smart casual or similar restaurant environment and/or a cellar door and enjoy providing exceptional customer service. You will have a strong passion for wine and food with a genuine interest for hospitality. A full job description is available on request.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

  • Experience as a hospitality staff in a smart casual or similar restaurant environment and/or cellar door
  • Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
  • Adaptable and able to multitask
  • Passion for food and wine
  • Outstanding time management
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
  • Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
  • Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts


Please note due to the location of our establishment it is essential that you have your own reliable transport.
