Position Overview

The role of Front Office Manager directly supervises all front office personnel, managing and coordinating the activities of the front desk and reservations. Demonstrating a professional approach, promoting The Arts Hotel and its concept. First impressions are paramount, guest interaction should be energetic and accommodating while providing information and assistance to everyone who walks through our doors.

  • The Front Office Manager works with direct reports to develop and implement the operations strategy and ensure the implementation of the brand service strategy & initiatives.
  • As a member of the Hotel team, this position develops property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet and exceed the needs and expectations of both internal and external guests
  • You are deadline driven, results-focused and settle for nothing less than the very highest standards of service
  • Whenever possible, you anticipate guest needs to enhance quality service in order to improve guest satisfaction and train your department to deliver the same.
  • You are amazing with your team coaching, training, developing and inspiring others comes naturally to you
  • Solid financial and commercial acumen is a must, with the ability to drive revenue and achieve bottom line profit
  • You have an eye for detail and are solution focused. You see operational challenges and facilitate improvements to prevent reoccurrence
  • You are an experienced hotel guest services professional who enjoys working closely with guests to ensure their needs are being accommodated
  • This is a hands-on role, working on the floor, leading your team from the front, the visible face of the rooms operations here at The Arts Hotel.
