We have two newly created roles for experienced sales professionals for Navy Strength Ice Co., and The Everleigh Bottling Co. This role includes identifying leads, training and education, and providing existing customers with exceptional support and service.

Made in the Shade group, known for its commitment to detail and service orientated hospitality venues and brands including Bar Margaux, The Everleigh, Heartbreaker, The Everleigh Bottling Co., Connie’s Pizza and Navy Strength Ice Co., is looking for two sales reps to join their team.

About the Role and Requirements:

  • Develop a list of client prospects.
  • Make regular contact with prospects to educate on NSI and EBC products.
  • Convert prospects into ongoing customers.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth through business development strategies.
  • Provide respectful, courteous and professional service to all customers.
  • Respond to customer service enquiries.
  • Maintain/ update the CRM system daily.
  • Resolve customer complaints. 
  • Monitor competition.

About You:

  • Previous demonstrated experience in a FMCG sales representative role.
  • Experience in managing a territory.
  • Prospecting and sales closing skills.
  • Committed to a great customer experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
  • Passionate about our brand and the ability to talk confidently about our products and services.
  • Microsoft Office Suite / Google suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Approachable personality with a positive outlook.
  • Experience of CRM tools.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
