Tommy Ruff is a casual dining restaurant offering a unique local seafood experience. We have three established locations & seeking experienced front of house staff to join our team. We are in search of positive attitudes, smiles, leadership & team skills and a passion for hospitality. Staff development opportunities across a range of roles exist.
Responsibilities of this role include:
Managing front of house team and uphold team morale
Ensure efficient restaurant day-to-day operations - TR offers systems & applications for all operations / communications.
Maintaining high customer-service standards & building relationships within the community.
Coordination with bar and kitchen operations
The role reports directly to the director who will provide all required training to enable the successful candidate to achieve the business targets and their own professional goals
Be involved in the growth of the business
Applicants must have:
A warm and friendly personality with the ability to engage well with customers and staff.
Strong organisational, management and leadership skills
At least 2 years' experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry. (*at the least a willingness to learn)
