We are currently looking for a Sales and Accounts Manager to join our team. 

 

 About this role

Our approach with Sales and Accounts Management is one where we see customer care as key to creating a brand that is known for it's quality of product, but even more importantly, for its exceptional customer service and attention to the small details in everything we achieve. 

We believe that having a strong focus on being attentive from the moment of first connect, to the first day our product is served in the customers' venue, and the on-going care, is not only how we've maintained our strong accounts base, but key to how we've built our brand across the years.

As the Sales and Accounts Manager, you will represent and align with the values of Mörk Chocolate and Söt by Mörk. In this role, you will work to improve our customers’ experience every step of the way. You will find new ways to increase sales, drive new interest and grow our market presence. 

With experience in sales and accounts management, ideally in the specialty food and beverage industry already behind you, you’ll come to us with a few ideas on how to make that happen.

You will work closely with our wholesale team and manage relationships internally and externally to develop and execute your strategy. Understanding and being able to create analytical reports will be a part of this role and will be used to inform your decision-making, as will your strong understanding of Mörk Chocolate and Söt by Mörk as a brand and a business. 

 

 Responsibilities include

  • Overseeing existing accounts and optimising your excellent accounts management experience
  • Developing new business strategies that lead to on-boarding new accounts
  • Be the main point of contact for customer care/customer success
  • Respond to incoming enquires and successfully transition to become your newest account to manage
  • Live and breath our CRM 
  • Produce monthly sales reports and weekly activity reports
  • Consistent and high level of communication with your team

 

 This role requires

  • Experience in at least two other positions where you have successfully fulfilled similar requirements to the role outlined
  • Sound understanding of what it takes to build strategy and new accounts for a small-medium business supplying a unique and high quality product
  • Proven experience in sales reporting and analytics
  • An understanding the specialty food and beverage and hospitality industry
  • Full / clean driver's licence

 

 Additional desired skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business
  • Experience using HubSpot and Xero
  • Experience on bar and with specialty coffee
  • Experience with working with a small-medium sized business
