For the first time since opening and due to in-house promotions, Future Future is on the lookout for a charismatic, motivated and highly skilled professional to take on the role of Sous Chef.
As Sous Chef at Future Future your day to day will never be the same! With an ever-evolving menu, community focused events, collaborations and a thriving restaurant to oversee alongside our Head Chef. Our ideal candidate will be a pro-list maker, box ticker and thrive off of keeping the wheels spinning whilst also easily navigating their way across the multiple sections in the kitchen. Working alongside one of Melbourne's most renowned Japanese Chefs, Atsushi Kawakami, you can expect opportunities to learn, grow and develop your skillset, to understand and appreciate the art of Japanese cuisine and to certainly sharpen up on your fish preparation skills!
