Fino Seppeltsfield, independently owned and located in the heart of the historic Seppeltsfield Village in the Barossa Valley is part of a strong restaurant community and only an hour's drive from Adelaide CBD.

Our destination restaurant seats up to 140 guests and offers a locally sourced, produce driven seasonal menu. This is presented both as an a la carte or shared dining experience with menu options available to our range of guests for lunch 7 days a week.

 

We are a strong, passionate team dedicated to guests. Our aim is to provide exceptional food, wine & service experiences with a positive team culture.

 

THE ROLE

  • This already highly successful restaurant is looking for the right candidate to manage, lead and mentor a small team of committed chefs
  • You will have creative control of menu concept and design within the established Fino brand
  • Your approach to food and service should be sustainable, professional and passionate
  • You will have a focus on profitability through guest satisfaction and repeat visitation
  • The role has scope for growth and professional development within the business

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the industry
  • Proven experience as Head Chef of a busy venue working effectively under pressure
  • Cost controls with a proficiency in budgets, rostering, forecasting, & stock management
  • A self-motivated team player with strong, professional communication skills 
  • Excellent references & a can do outlook
