The Role

The campaign coordinator is an excellent communicator and has a strong work ethic. Ensuring each campaign is a resounding success drives them. They are always thinking ahead and anticipating what the campaign manager may need help with, adding value to every client interaction.

Broadsheet Studio is a fast paced, constantly changing branded content environment and requires a highly organised, flexible and reliable individual who is self-motivated, and has an eagle eye for detail.

The Campaign Coordinator will join a high-performing and supportive team and have the opportunity to make an important impact at one of Australia’s most recognised, reputable and innovative digital publishers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Studio Administration
  • Supporting the Implementation Process
  • Campaign Reporting

 

Tasks:

Studio Administration

The campaign coordinator is responsible for:

  • Keeping the internal Studio WIP document up to date and accurate
  • Liaising with the account executives to ensure all campaign documentation has been received during the campaign handover process and is saved in relevant client folders
  • Collecting and using internal campaign data to provide insight and best practice to the campaign managers and wider commercial team
  • Updating Studio collateral to reflect current Studio processes
  • Organising couriers for the photo editor and campaign and video teams

 

Supporting the Implementation Process

The campaign coordinator is responsible for:

  • Managing a selection of campaigns under an investment level of $30,000
  • Coordinating any overflow of $30,000 or under campaigns to the account executives
  • Producing promotion schedules, timelines and creative briefs at the request of the campaign managers
  • Briefing talent on collaborations, partnerships and expectations at the request of the campaign managers
  • Liaising with venues and businesses to book and help them prepare for interviews, photo shoots, video shoots, events and collaborations at the request of the campaign managers
  • Coordinating implementation of advertising display creative and sponsorships in association with account executives and adops team.
  • Identifying when a campaign requires optimisation and actioning with the audience team

 

Reporting

The campaign coordinator is responsible for:

  • Capturing proof of publishing screenshots for clients and internal reports
  • Providing regular progress reports to clients
  • Providing post campaign reports (in Excel and PowerPoint formats) for each campaign within two weeks of the campaign end date
  • Writing up campaign insights to assist in the re-sale process

 

Skills and Knowledge

  • A graduate degree in marketing, advertising, communications or similar
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous accuracy and attention to detail
  • A proactive and curious approach to work
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work calmly under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude with a willingness to get your hands dirty on campaigns to make them the best they can be
  • A genuine interest in the culture of Australian cities
