This role is to support our Head Chef and Sous Chefs over our epic Sand Hill Road suburban venues: Prahran Hotel, Richmond Club Hotel, Terminus Hotel, Bridge Hotel and Posty Bar Pizza.
The Tournaunt will be across all of our Neighbourhood kitchens covering Annual Leave, recruitment holes and training needs. While there maybe times that the Tournaunt will be required to run services, it is a multifaceted role where flexibility and a can do attitude to jump into any section is required.
This role would suit a Sous Chef that want’s to have a great role without the responsibility or a strong CDP.
