The ideal candidate will possess an innate passion for all things fresh pasta, innovative fare inspired by Italy, and a focus on championing local farmers and producers, whilst harbouring a fresh and nurturing kitchen culture.
•Provision of leadership, guidance, training, and support to a group of kitchen professionals.
•Schedule consistent and regular work rosters with a strong focus on budget and labour cost KPI’s.
•Develop, maintain and evolve recipe prcoedures with a strong focus on food cost KPI's
•Oversee kitchen setup and pack down procedures.
•Oversee menu program, kitchen operations and overall guest satisfaction.
•Lead in building a positive team culture with a focus on core values such as integrity, hospitality, excellence and entrepreneurial spirit.
•Liaise with the Front of House, Accounts/Payroll and Marketing/Events departments on a regular basis.
