Wanting to put your chin-wag experience to the test? 100 Burgers Group is expanding its team to include a guest services team. The team will manage the reservation process & provide top-notch booking experiences & exceed our guests' expectations - pretty much the boss team of making sure everyone has a great time before they step foot in the venue


Our portfolio includes venues in the CBD and northern suburbs, such as Hightail Bar (corporate vibes), Prince Alfred Rooftop (Uni pub with ALL vodka raspberry specials), Welcome to Brunswick (brewery & beer garden) and Welcome to Thornbury (a lil’ bit of everything). 

What does your day look like? The key responsibilities are:

  • Reservations – manage inbound calls and emails for reservations bookings, respond to general enquiries, diary management, manage guest feedback, and assist with guest problems.
  • Guest services administration – table reservation & function software updates and ensuring relevant information is communicated across our marketing channels & organising gift vouchers/merchandise orders
  • Coordination – assist the functions team with creating event orders and group booking forms
  • Adhoc & receptionist tasks – Office supply ordering, marketing team logistics assistance, menu printing, receptionist responsibilities for 2 CEO’s.

To be considered top-notch status with us, the skills needed are:

  • A minimum 1 years experience in administration/receptionist role / call centre position
  • Time management skills, ability to multitask 
  • Knowledge retention and ability to learn and memorise information, think Scattegories but for work
  • Attention to detail and proactive in clarification of information
  • Resilient and able to stay calm under pressure, we’ve all know a Karen that we have wanted to say no to!
  • MS legend in Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Previous experience with Tripleseat & Seven Rooms desired
