Myrtle Wine Cafe located at Footscray Community Arts is looking for a gun supervisor to help manage our busy cafe.
The applicant should have relevant experience in managing staff, helping control wage and business costs and shift management. Ideally you have some barista and bar skills but your main passion is working on the floor, managing table plans and small functions. You would be expected to liase with the kitchen on out of stock menu items and specials and pass all feedback to the owner of the business.
The position is a casual one with emphasis on weekend shifts, with a potential for full time going in to Spring/Summer.

We are licenced and encourage events and large bookings. In Summer we introduce a program of music in the evening but in Winter we are only open during the day.
