Assistant Manager

Reports to the venue manager and directors. Direct reports include all bar and floor staff.

The Keys is searching for an experienced assistant venue manager whose primary role is customer facing. We want you to be a smiling face and warm voice of The Keys. We want you to lead by example, with your warm and calm energy flowing through into the staff you will lead. The Keys is a large and welcoming environment to a wide community of diverse clientele and staff. We are aiming to maintain and expand on this reputation by hiring a strong and enthusiastic individual to be the beating heart of the people of the Keys. Someone who leads by example creating a fun and functional experience for staff encouraging growth and confidence in our staff and their roles. You will liaise directly with the venue manager, owners and functions manager in regards to customer feedback, staff training and professional development

 We Require:

• Exceptional personal and communication skills;
• The ability to provide incredible customer service, manage customer complaints, hosting guests and functions. 
• Formulate and run staff training sessions
• The ability to create a culture in which everyone wants to work hard and give our customers a memorable experience.
