Located in the Paris end of the CBD, Onigiri Kitchen and Sake Bar brings traditional Japanese Street Food to the Melbourne market. As our name suggests, we specialise in freshly made Onigiri (Japanese rice balls), together with exclusive Sake, Beer and Wine imported directly from boutique Japanese producers. We focus on quality, sourcing many of the ingredients from our organic farm in Sassafras.
This is a new business, and as the Bar Manager, you will be developing and implementing growth strategies and running the various operational facets. You must have a natural passion for quality and service excellence, together with a hands-on working style.
