We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Event Supervisor / Duty Manager to join The Harriett Events team at Hubert Estate.
A large-scale new hospitality precinct, in the heart of the Yarra Valley (approx 1 hour from Melbourne).
Stage One of the property is complete, with the opening of a 200pax a la carte restaurant, a 230pax event space; plus a cellar door and art gallery looking over an outdoor amphitheater.
Stage Two, opening 2024, will include the addition of a hotel, a restaurant, a day spa, and a chapel, to the property.
We are getting ready for the most exciting time of year and we need you to help impress our guests over the busy function and event season. Harriett hosts an array of exciting events including but not limited to; weddings, parties and conferences.
The role requires an experienced individual with the skill set to drive business directives from senior management whilst ensuring service standards and client expectations are met every time. You will be assisting our Event Manager to coordinate all activities at Harriett. This includes staff coordination, event set up, food and beverage service, supplier communication, service standards and event pack downs.
A high level of communication is required for the role; the successful candidate will deal with several departments including kitchen, event operations, marketing, accounts, suppliers and clients.
