The Role

Strong Marketing leader is required to become involved in this exciting venue with the opportunity to influence from the ground up. Working with well known and respected industry leaders this is a fantastic opportunity and is really for only the most experienced managers with proven success in operating large turnover venues. This role offers the chance to lead and shape the guest experience in a dynamic and thriving environment.

You will be responsible for;

• Working with the management team to devise marketing strategies that enhance the reputation and audience of the business which increases event bookings & venue visitations.
• The planning, developing and implementation of marketing campaigns to support business growth objectives
• Overseeing the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment.
• Maximizing Marketing potential relating to events, partnerships and relationships. 
• Securing partnerships, setting out associated benefits and managing the partner relationship, expectations and delivery of and receiving of benefits.
• Develop and execute a strong and compelling events calendar.

Who are you?

• Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
• Technical marketing skills
• Proven experience in customer and market research
• Relevant product and industry knowledge
