The Everleigh Group are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to create content and drive sales across all digital channels for our three established unique hospitality venues commencing January 2024.

The Everleigh Group:

This role will join the marketing team to create and produce compelling and effective content across all digital channels for our three established and unique hospitality venues. While initially this will be a part time role - we see this department growing with us as a business. You will lead the planning, designing and management of digital campaigns and promotion to integrate with the company’s strategic goals and overall marketing plan to build brand awareness, profitable revenue and customer engagement. 

And for us we are looking for all that creativity to result in sales - whether it be a table reservation, an event enquiry or booking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social media management and community management
  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar
  • Measure and analyse the annual digital strategy plan to establish ROI, e.g. audience growth, audience engagement, content reach, bookings and customer satisfaction rates
  • Planning in conjunction with the team for all digital marketing campaigns
  • Define audiences, budget and targeting for promoted content in line with growth goals in order to maximise reach and engagement
  • Management of digital content and engagement across all platforms adhering to brand and venue character guidelines and tone
  • Responsible for all website updates and maintenance - keeping menus current, posting blogs, news
  • Asset management and coordination, with oversight and ownership of existing brand assets
  • General graphic design knowledge
  • Assist in coordination of photoshoots (props, styling, mood boards, shot lists)
  • In-house venue marketing coordination, building relationships and assisting with coordination and sharing briefs, new updates and content creation
  • Developing innovative social and digital strategies to reach new audiences and keep existing audiences engaged across multiple channels and venues.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll be a part of a small but mighty dynamic and progressive team. 

This is an opportunity to have a seat at the table, and own and develop the digital arm of the marketing team. Your role will be equally distributed across our venues, with a tremendous opportunity for career advancement within this team. 

This role will best suit someone with a genuine interest in hospitality and a passion for all things food and beverage. You will have a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and how to build engagement and turn that into sales. 

 About You:

  • Knowledge of the Australian media landscape, and up to date with industry news
  • Ideally, experienced in the Wedding Industry and Events
  • A positive and creative personality who thrives in a diverse and fast-moving environment
  • Hardworking, punctual, with a dedicated attitude towards business
  • Hands-on team player, friendly, confident, sociable and positive
  • Exceptional copywriting skills and the ability to articulate on brand content
  • Proven ability to both direct and follow strategy, executing brand-appropriate copy and content across various social media platforms 
  • Impeccably self motivated with a natural flair for quality and style.

Experience and Skills:

  • Social media expert - Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and scheduling platforms
  • Photoshop and InDesign experience
  • WordPress and Web management experience
  • GIF making/Adobe Premiere Pro (not a requirement but a bonus)
  • Experience with a variety of  EDM platforms - essential.

This role is ideal for an avid digital enthusiast, with a relevant qualification and at least 2 plus years’ experience leading successful digital campaigns and building content strategies. The right candidate will have exceptional copy writing and communication skills. While not a requirement, candidates with graphic design and photography skills will be looked upon favourably.
