An opportunity for a youngish motivated creative chef to manage kitchen in a new restaurant and bar set to open mid December early January
A intimate and sophisticate space, seating a maximum of 70px in a casual yet smart contemporary space will offer dinners choice in how they decide to use our space: be it a full restaurant experience or a casual drink and shared plates.
The head chef must be across all current food trends with an accomplished track record behind him/her and able to set up a kitchen accordingly. We offer an almost cart-blanche to the right person with the freedom to have a huge say in hiring the proper extras to facilitate our desired outcome.
We plan to be a mature and professional environment, aspiring to promote a modern attitude but more importantly a quality product for a new market base within an area greatly underserviced by such.
We offer a 4.5day working week, great conditions of remuneration in what will be a slow burn initially with a hope to establish a reputation within the area and beyond.
