After an extensive renovation, the Central Club Hotel is looking forward to a busy Summer period, and we are filling positions within our kitchen team. The venue includes the Public Bar, Dining Room and Basement cocktail bar, and hosting guests in our multi-levelled hotel accommodation. The team is passionate about good food, wine and customer service. We try to support local suppliers and producers, and our venue is built with sustainable practices. We offer successful candidates a great working environment emphasising work-life balance. Perks of the position include:

• Full-time (38hr) roster with set days off. Overtime paid in lieu.
• Part-time (Casual) roster also available.

The role:

• Be part of and help build a strong kitchen team.
• The day-to-day preparation of our food offering with the support of the Head Chef
• Assisting in the training, and development of your team
