We are looking for a qualified chef with a passion for baking and pastry to join our small, organised kitchen and team.
The successful applicant would be required to work day-time hours, 4-5 shifts per week on a rotating roster; taking ownership of our pastry section and our simple larder breakfast service, whilst working closely with our newly appointed Head Chef, Steve Harry.
Experience with classic European pastries and cusine is preferred but not essential as the role has room for development. However an interest in quality ingredients and artisinal methods is imperative.
