Kitchen hand/Chef (Italian cuisine)

Do you have a love for Italian cuisine and are interested in connecting with the seasons? Our focus is LOCAL, SEASONAL, TRADITIONAL, RITUAL. Interested in relocating to the Bass Coast into a small community across from the ocean with bike tracks and hiking trails on our doorstep. We're looking for a passionate, organised and motivated kitchen hand/chef to help showcase our local Gippsland produce with an Italian flair. Responsible for our small kitchen, producing daily cakes, paninis, preserves, pickles and an aperitivo menu with our super seasonal produce. With scope to extend into dinners. Someone with an eye for presentation, knowledge and love for Italian cuisine and someone who enjoys being part of a community. Opportunity to start casual with hope of part or full time down the track.
