The Social Media Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the curation and execution of social media content and campaigns for the multiple brands that are managed for the local market by La Marzocco Australia. It is part of our core philosophy to engage in and encourage the exciting and growing coffee communities around Australia.

This exciting role is as part of our dynamic and vbrant marketing team.  You will work two days per week (hours can be flexible) assisting us in our social media execution and community engagement across four global brands. Someone with a passion for coffee and or barista work experience is highly valued. This is a perfect opportunity for someone studying towards a marketing degree and wanting some real life experience. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Execute results-driven content and social media strategies.
  • Assist in developing and curating engaging content for platforms including websites, social channels and email marketing.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content alongside the Brand Specialist & Visual Content Coordinator.
  • Attend events where possible and produce live social media content.
  • Maintain unified brand voice across different marketing channels.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends and provide suggestions for improvement and progression for our brands.
  • Reshare stories and reels that highlight our brands in an organic way, encouraging community engagement and excitement.
  • Interact with users and respond promptly to social media messages, inquiries, and comments, communicating & handling responses to completion.
  • Communicate & follow-up with customers any necessary information to achieve total customer satisfaction.
  • Anticipate customer needs and take a pro-active approach to offering new or alternative products and/or services.
  • Follow up on customer requests, from machine availability and pricing through to aftersales support.
  • Work closely with marketing team to ensure smooth and efficient communication and collaboration with customers on marketing and brand strategy
