Wide Open Road Coffee Roasters have been roasting and brewing out of Brunswick since 2009. With an eye towards quality and ethical coffee, the company has built a strong culture based around community and creativity. The 2019 expansion into Byron Bay has fostered a new vision for growth.

We are seeking an agile and experienced hospitality professional, responsible for all things customer facing, including our wholesale coffee programs and e-commerce

Some Key Responsibilities include:

  • CRM and Other Retention Tools continuously updated and maintained to reflect the current customer base. 
  • Help uphold Wide Open Road’s key B2B relationships nationally. Be a main point of contact for every WOR Customer.  
  • Assist in updating key engagement tools. Run and monitor success of on-site activity.
  • Deliver Training and Support initiatives for new and existing customers alike. 
  • Help navigate troubleshooting and preventative customer support efforts. 
  • Uphold an outstanding Customer Experience at WOR. 
  • Perform delivery runs ensuring their efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor and manage shipping issues, always with the goal of improving our customer experience.
  • Uphold an outstanding Customer Experience at WOR. 
  • Daily dispatch of all B2B & online orders.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Passion for working with people on a day to day basis, and in a small business with a focus on detail and a “can do” approach
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in hospitality/coffee industry, and an enthusiasm for delicious, sustainably sourced coffee
- Demonstrated ability to build strong and effective relationships with industry, clients and staff in an enthusiastic and professional manner.
- Hunger for business development, we’re looking to grow our brand representation in Australia.
