At ATLAS we are young, dynamic and full of enthusiasm. You will be working alongside the owner/head chef Charlie Carrington who has gained his experience in some of the top Australian and International restaurants Vue de Monde and Firedoor! Sous Chef Tom Johnson has worked at Grossi Florentino and Mamasita, Both Chefs have michelin starred experience in overseas kitchens.
The menu will evolve seasonally to reflect multicultural Australia. Every four months ATLAS will explore the cuisine of a different country. Using the best, locally sourced ingredients, the majority of the dishes will be 'touched by fire' using a custom designed wood oven, hearth and grills, creating unique wood fired flavours.
We are looking for staff with great food and product knowledge served with passion and motivation, and love working with seasonal and local produce.
We are looking for someone with at least two years experience in an established restaurant. Must be eager to learn new techniques, a chef with solid base skills and a hard-worker.
