We’re creating a buzzing European / New York-style bistro at the Broadsheet Restaurant. Think a fun, energetic vibe, great music, low lights, people eating and drinking and enjoying themselves, caught up in the moment, experiencing the best of Sydney.
Open for daytime and evening service from Wednesday to Sunday, the Broadsheet Restaurant will take over a space in Danks Street, Waterloo, creating a laid-back environment for breakfast through to dinner and drinks.
We are recruiting bartenders, hosts, section waiters and runners for teams to work both morning and evening services.
This is sure to be a busy & fast paced event with a fun working environment.
Applicants should have some prior hospitality experience but energy, personality are the most important attributes. This is an 8-10 week opportunity to work with some of Sydney’s best food and drink operators, and would particularly suit travellers and those new to the city looking to make contacts.
The restaurant is being operated by the team behind the multi award winning Bulletin Place & Dead Ringer.
