MINI BAR is an exciting new food & beverage concept due to open in early November in the CBD at Punthill Apartment Hotels newest property, Punthill Northbank Melbourne.
As the name suggests, this small venue has been thoughtfully designed to transform from hip café by day to stylish cocktail bar at night.
We are seeking experienced breakfast cook who can artfully and skilfully execute a limited breakfast menu as well as ensuring efficient preparation of mise-en place for service.
Working closely with the Café & Bar Manager, the successful candidates will posess;
-3 years cooking experience, preferably commercial
-A passion for detail & presentation
-A genuine desire to create simple but tasty food
-A basic understanding of stock control
-A hands on approach
