Little Andorra, a new wine bar soon to be open in Carlton North, is seeking someone skilled in Europoean food for a short and sharp menu designed around a dynamic wine list. 2pm starts, no lunches, breakfasts or split shifts, and scope for creative input. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, organised, reliable and knowledgeable in cured meats, cheeses and French/Spanish wine food. Remuneration at award rates. The intended opening date of the venue is November 1, with the commencement date 1 week before that.
