Working in the culinary hub of Smith St. Fitzroy, you will be given the amazing opportunity to be a hands-on sous chef working with a passionate team of chefs.
You will constantly be working with new dishes for the a la carte menu - but also with bespoke exclusive events to challenge, which will all be under the expert guidance of Head Chef Ayhan Erkoc. ex. Noma, Marque, Pier & Celsius Restaurant.
You will be a passionate and creative chef, up to date on current food trends and committed to utilising the best produce, to produce outstanding food. You are a proven performer in similar kitchen roles who can supervise and run a section to a consistently high standard. Maintaining a calm head during busy services, which will require strong time management and organisational skills.
An excellent salary is on offer for the right candidate, along with career progression into a head chef role once our company expands.
