Pure South Dining is an established, much-loved, successful restaurant and bar on the Yarra River in Melbourne. After 12 years we are re-launching after a major renovation and expansion as a totally re-imagined modern offering with dining spaces, bars and kitchens operating over two levels. Serious quality dining & hospitality is at the heart of our offer, but our re-opening in November will also be dynamic, exciting and fun.
Pure South Dining is based on an unwavering and unique 'produce driven' ethos. The produce is exceptional, managed by relationships with artisan farmers, fishermen and primary producers, all from Tasmania including Flinders Island & King Island. Pure South is at the top end of Melbourne dining.
For the first time in 12 years we will be serving breakfast, which means that along with hiring for our normal lunch and dinner service, we are also looking for a dedicated and passionate breakfast team.
We are looking for chefs who wants to be proud of their cooking and the restaurant they work in. Someone who can add to the team with their efforts and talent. The current kitchen team is very solid and enjoying a very healthy work environment.
Roles include: Junior Sous, Senior Chefs de Partie, Chefs de Partie, Demi and Commis Chef’s.
We have several flexible starting dates available between now and late November.
