Sous Chef / Chef de Partie
Located in Melbourne's CBD, catering to both dinner guests and those wanting a casual drink/bite, serving modern food with a twist. The venue is consistently listed in Melbourne top 10 lists.
We're looking for a full time Sous Chef to drive our kitchens effectiveness, and create delicious food. The Sous Chef role requires a strongly organised and structured chef who is looking for an opportunity to lead the delivery of recipes, food costs and procedures, whilst developing their creative skills.
The Chef de Partie role is 30-40 hours and requires a developing chef with the ability to take ownership of tasks, demonstrate leadership, work in a small team and ensure that all procedures are being followed in detail. There is an opportunity for this role to include the lead canapé chef.
Our open kitchen requires positive chefs with a willingness to work in a dynamic environment while producing high quality food, and providing the best customer service experience. Applicants will be required to work nights and weekends – Tuesday to Saturday.
