This position is for a hands-on Head Chef, who will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, which includes food costing, ordering and plating up our exceptional unique food with a creative flair!
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for training and mentoring a small kitchen team, ensuring appropriate rostering is completed in line with wage costs. The ideal candidate must be able to work on weekends.
