You must be capable of working independently, be hardworking and reliable, and have a commitment to quality and consistency including having relevant food safety certificates and a commitment to follow given standards.
Assist the Head Chef in day-to-day management, including training staff,monitoring food quality and stock control. You must have current Australian working right to apply.
