Dench bakers are looking for an energetic Sales Representative to join their Wholesale Sales team to help generate new business and service existing accounts. We are an artisan bakery supplying Melbourne metro areas and have a product and service focused on quality, consistency and customer satisfaction.
While ideally you will have a depth of experience in a Sales role, we're generally interested in individuals who are goal driven with a passion for, and a knowledge of, the Melbourne food scene. We are looking for someone to help build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and to provide customer satisfaction through superior service. We primarily deal with cafes, restaurants, specialty providores and other hospitality businesses so experience either in these fields directly or liaising within these industries will be highly regarded.
This is a highly varied role that will offer the successful applicant the opportunity to be centrally involved in a wide range of business areas from sales and customer service to product development and marketing.
You will be joining a lively and efficient team of Sales and Customer Service staff that work closely together in a supportive environment.
This would be a great opportunity for a hospitality professional (front of house or Chefs) who may be looking for a role with more sociable hours where they can still utilise the knowledge and skills they've developed in the food service industry.
As the role will require you to visit numerous clients around Melbourne (and sometimes further afield) applicants must possess a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (you will be reimbursed for work related car expenses).
