We’re looking for knowledgeable, personable and enthusiastic waiters who can engage well with their guests. Possessing a genuine passion for Tasmanian food and wine and a thirst to build on their knowledge along with a keen eye for detail are traits we are looking for. A la carte experience is preferred, however the right attitude and willingness to learn are a top priority. The applicant should also possess excellent communication skills, poise, professionalism, politeness a good sense of humor.
Applicants must have their Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate. Preferential experience would also include espresso coffee skills and basic wine knowledge.
Hours and days off can be negotiated however applicant must be flexible in their availability and must be available for most Friday’s, Saturday’s and Sunday’s. Applicants must be available for the Christmas/New Year period also.
