CAPI Sparkling is a young and dynamic FMCG brand that produces a range of mineral waters, mixers, and fruit sodas. Operating from the national head office in Melbourne, the role is responsible for managing all of Capi Sparkling's social media accounts, website and other digital media and communications channels.

You will be part of an intimate in-house marketing team consisting of 4 marketing coordinators, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. Being part of small team means you will have a very active and impactful role in this business.


The primary objectives of this role are to:

  • Effectively engage key influencers and like-minded brands to promote the Capi brand and products
  • Collaborate with the Creative Coordinator to generate and maintain a content library of imagery, photos and other creative media.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Coordinator to draft all copy and communications on the website, social media posts and other digital channels (e.g. EDMs)
  • Effectively manage and schedule all social media posts to improve target customer engagement and following
  • Undertake in-depth website and other digital platform analytics and present solutions for improved customer engagement
  • Coordinate and execute effective digital campaigns and advertising to ensure maximum ROI

 

Qualifications

  • Tertiary Degree in Marketing or related field

 

Experience and Competencies (essential)

  • Proven experience in building relationships with key influencers and brands
  • Proven track record in managing various social media platforms, driving content and achieving strong growth in engagement and following
  • Proven experience in data analytics and managing digital ad spend to achieve maximum ROI

 

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Content & Management

  • Driving the social media content strategy including refinement of content pillars, scheduling of posts, etc
  • Completing creative briefs and collaborating with the Creative Coordinator to generate and manage a content library for all relevant digital channels
  • Connecting and engaging with key social media influencers to promote the Capi brand and products
  • Connecting and engaging with like-minded brands to promote the Capi brand and products
  • Maintaining efficient, first-class customer engagement by overseeing the timing of responses for all social media channels
  • Staying on the forefront of consumer and digital trends and reporting on digital analytics to make sure our posts are performing per KPI’s
  • Drafting all copy for social media posts

 

Website

  • Ensuring that website copy and information is always up-to-date and accurate
  • Collaborating with external developers and designers to ensure website look and feel is in line with brand strategy
  • Report on website analytics and present solutions on how to continually improve visitor engagement and experience

 

Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • Continually growing our email database
  • Drafting copy for, generating imagery and content and scheduling EDMs and customer communications via digital channels
  • Managing and strategically implementing digital paid advertising and ensuring that such advertising achieves a high ROI and is focused on key target markets
  • Constantly researching, learning, predicting, being close to data analytics, and building your knowledge base around market trends, gaps and opportunities, consumer trends, as well as competitor movements in the digital space

Key Performance Indicators

  • Ensuring sufficient high quality (and on-brand) social media content is generated and posted in line with the agreed strategy and schedule
  • Ensuring all digital copy (including website and EDM messaging) is well-drafted, engaging, error free and on-brand
  • Connecting and collaborating with as many key influencers and like-minded brands as possible to promote the Capi brand
  • Successful growth of all social media channels by maintaining a high level of engagement and growth with our target consumer markets (local and overseas)
  • Achieving a high ROI on all digital advertising spend and campaigns
  • Ensuring that website traffic and engagement are optimised through engaging content, layout and digital advertising
