About the Role:
In this role you will be responsible for:
Management of the daily operations in Beer Hall, Wine Room and Functions
Accountable for the restaurant team, service & procedures
Regular coaching, training and mentoring of staff
Labour Cost Control
Beverage Purchasing and Cost Control
Driving marketing & promotions initiatives
Building relationships with customers and regulars
Ensuring the team is delivering excellent service
Compliance to legislation & regulations governing venue operations
Continuous improvement in operations, service and ambience
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong leadership skills
Passion for the hospitality industry
An ability to think outside the square
Effective time management & organisational skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Hands on approach with a natural ability to lead a team to deliver outstanding service
