Commis chef with 3+ years experience in a small kitchen, knife-skills a must.

Floor staff with 1+ years experience in a similar environment, and interest or experience with bar service a plus.

We are hiring both chefs and dining room staff.

  • Ability to work effectively and under pressure, prioritise and juggle multiple tasks
  • Passion for and knowledge of food and wine 
  • Eye for detail, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Wait staff - All round front of house ability, smile under pressure, strong knowledge serving and making cocktails a plus
  • Chef - Sharp knives, ability to work well independently and within a team environment in a small kitchen, and appreciation for produce will be highly regarded
