Abbiocco Pasta and Wine Bar is seeking a professional and experienced Assistant Manager to join our driven and entuhsiastic team.

The successful applicant must have a complete understanding of food and wine service and an absolute passion for providing an outstanding customer experience. Wine knowledge is essential as is a RSA Certificate and current references. Previous a la carte experience is a must.
You will be working alongside the Restaurant Manager in the day to day running of the venue, as well as training staff and helping with wine purchasing and stock control.
This salaried position requires strong leadership skills and would ideally suit a confident, enthusiastic person with well-developed food and beverage skills.
