To Be Frank Bakery Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Senior Pastry Chef to join its team.
We are an artisan bakery and patisserie located in the heart of Collingwood and looking for a talented Pastry Chef to prepare our sweet and savoury pastry products in-house made fresh everyday.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the pastry section by creating enticing and delicious sweet and savoury pastry items;
- Applying pastry baking techniques when preparing our range of sweet and savoury pastry items;
- Demonstration of sweet and savoury pastry making techniques to other staff if required;
- Adhering to food safety and occupational health regulations;
- Monitoring equipment and ensuring all specialized pastry baking tools are in working order;
- Maintaining the good running order of specialized pastry baking equipment;
- Preparing work schedules and keeping pastry section records.
Requirement:
- a Certificate III or Certificate IV in a relevant field, plus 3 years of full-time post qualification experience;
